UPS Worldship Integration Manual

In this document, we will cover using the integration between Savance Enterprise and UPS Worldship

Testing a Keyed Import

• Enabling the Automatic Shipment Processing

• Starting the first integration process

  • Click on “Keyed Import” and select Savance Import”

• A new popup will appear asking you to enter a shipper (either type it in or use a keyboard wedge that sends a carriage return at the end) then hit the Enter Key

• The data will auto-populate based on our mapping

• If you have multiple packages in this order, they will be seen under the “Reference” tab as seen below (if you have multiple packages in this order, you can go to this tab and check “Use on all packages” for every package).

• Every package you have, there will be a package number tied to it

• Click on the “Service” tab and key in (or scan) the number in the “Reference Number 1” field

• Now select the UPS Service Type, and enter the weight of the shipment after you weigh it. The software will calculate the rest

• When finished press the Process Shipment button. This will process the shipment and send the info back to Savance Enterprise.

• Once finished the Keyed Import order number input box will be on the screen awaiting your next keyboard wedge scan.

• You will see the freight applied charge under History->Transactions

• You will find the tracking number when you click on the Shipper

• Then Click on Shipping and you will see the tracking number under Tracking Number
